Building collapses in Rwanda

Yesterday 100 people were buried in the rubble of a building under construction that collapsed in north-east Rwanda. The Rwandan Minister for Disaster Management said that “It is a 4-storey building, located in Nyagatare (approximately 100 kilometers north-east of the capital, Kigali) on the side of the road, and it is for this reason that it has affected many people.” Police spokesman Theos Badege reported that the victims established at the time, were three fatal ones and another 21 were hospitalized.

At a distance of less than a month since the accident in Bangladesh, another tragedy strikes the innocent, victims of non-existent controls.
