Start the Day with a Recap on the Biggest Humanitarian Crisis of the 21st Century

It’s been almost four years now since the conflict in Syria has begun….a never-ending popular rebellion, which started from the Arab Spring and quickly deteriorated to a bloody civil war.

The massacre in Syria was labelled as the biggest humanitarian crisis of the 21st century, but it’s hard sometimes to actually realize it and really understand in figures what that means. This is why I wanted to share this short infographic made by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), which since 2011 has been trying to bring water, food and essential items to the victims of the conflict in cooperation with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent.
